What you will be doing

• Responding to public enquiries
• Retail and commission sales, including travel bookings
• Promoting local tourism

What we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multitask, time management, and attention to detail
• A calm, confident approach and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent initiative and problem-solving capability
• Flexibility to provide shift cover, including some weekends or public holidays.
